Precision Hunting Supply Refund and Return Policy

We are committed to providing you with the best retail experience we can offer, which is why we make returns and exchanges easy and hassle-free within 30 days. Returns after 30 days are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please have your proof of purchase, order confirmation email or original receipt ready.

 

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, and if no proof of purchase is available, we'll offer a refund in the form of a PHS credit for the item's current price. Please note that identification is required to process your refund.  

Some products are excluded from our return policy, and products with warranties are covered by the manufacturer’s guidelines. 

 

PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE
It is illegal to ship new firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL dealer before purchase.

 

RETURNS
 

Sales on the following items are final:

  • Used Firearms

  • Products sold “as is” or “used” or that have been installed or used 

  • NFA items

  • All Ammunition

  • All Primers and Powder

  • All Reloading Bullets

  • Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics

Return Policies 

  • Returned items purchased with a PHS gift card can be returned for store credit.

  • Returned items purchased with a credit/debit card will be reimbursed the full amount.

  • Returned items without receipt require a valid, state-issued ID and will receive store credit at the product’s current price.

Exchanges

  • If an exchange is placed for a product with a lesser value, the remaining amount will be refunded to the original form of payment.

  • If an exchange is placed for a product with a greater value, the difference will be collected at the time of the exchange.

 

PHS Return Policy Exclusions

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. PHS reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanges for orders that are deemed suspicious or out of the ordinary. This may include, but is not limited to, orders placed via automated methods (such as bots), high-volume orders likely intended for resale, or orders associated with fraudulent purchase/return practices.

 

Product Defects & Warranties

We stand behind what we sell but understand that manufacturer defects may occur. You may return your defective product by mail or at our store. We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the defect.

 

GENERAL FIREARM SALES
All firearms are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Some firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

 

ORDER FULFILLMENT


All orders are shipped promptly, usually within 1-2  business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

 

ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS


Online inventory changes every day.Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will refund the money.

AMMUNITION PURCHASES


You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped via ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other ammunition regulations. Ammunition is NOT refundable.

RELOADING POWDER & PRIMERS


These items must be shipped via ground transportation and require a hazmat shipping fee to be paid. That actual hazmat fee will be determined at the time of shipping and charged to the customer. Hazmat fees, once paid, are non-refundable. Reloading powder and primers are NOT refundable.
